Modi Cabinet Decisions: The Modi cabinet took a big decision on Wednesday (April 19) regarding the film world. Union Ministers Anurag Thakur and Jitendra Singh said that the Cinematography Bill 2023 will be brought in the coming Parliament session to stop piracy. 

Union Minister Anurag Thakur said that the decision related to the film industry, artists and fans has been taken. There was a demand for a long time that something should be done on piracy. Regarding this, the cabinet has given this permission on Wednesday (April 19).

Film world will be benefited

Anurag Thakur told that a bill was introduced in 2019 regarding piracy and it was sent to the Standing Committee of Parliament. The Standing Committee had given suggestions on this. This bill has been prepared so that there is no loss due to piracy or plagiarism of literary material in films. This will benefit the entire film industry. 

What will happen with the National Quantum Mission?

Thakur said that the government has also given approval for the National Quantum Mission. A budget provision of Rs 6,003 crore has been made for this. Its time limit is from the year 2023-24 to 2030-31: Science and Technology Minister Jitendra Singh said that in the last nine years the government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi has done many revolutionary works and this mission is a big step in this direction Is. 

Singh said that today India is among the biggest players in the information technology sector. He said that with this step, India has stood with six countries which have such capability. These countries include America, Canada, France, Austria, Finland and China.
