Cop Dragged On Car Bonnet: A shocking case has come to light from Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. Here a 22-year-old youth was seen dragging a traffic police constable on the bonnet of his car for about 20 kms under the influence of cannabis. The video of the incident is becoming increasingly viral on social media.
After the incident, the police arrested the accused car driver. The incident is of Saturday (April 15) when a 22-year-old boy named Aditya Bemde is being told. He first broke the signal which the constable present on the spot tried to stop. Aditya was so intoxicated with ganja that he increased the speed of the car and the constable fell on the bonnet.

The name of the traffic police constable is Siddeshwar Mali, who is 37 years old. In the video surfaced of the incident, Siddheshwar is seen hanging on the bonnet of the car and the car is running at high speed. During the incident, the car driver tried several times to make the soldier fall by increasing the speed and jerking the car, but the soldier somehow saved himself. According to media reports, the police control room was alerted by wireless messages as soon as the incident was reported. While taking action, the police team nabbed the car driver and arrested him.
Medically confirmed consumption of cannabis
Senior Inspector Shashikant Chandekar of Vashi Police Station said, the medical examination of the car driver has been done, in which it has been confirmed that he was consuming intoxicating substance (Ganja). The police have registered a case of attempt to murder against Aditya. Apart from this, a case has been registered against him under sections of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.
