Employees angry with the change in salary structure

Recently on 17th April, Air India has changed its salary structure. This angered thousands of employees and both the Pilot Union and the Indian Commercial Pilots Association have rejected it. Meanwhile, the company has announced new recruitments. The pilots union says that the airline has not held any talks with them before making changes in the salary structure.
