Uproar on the border due to China's antics! Indian soldiers did not let the matter progress


India-China Border Issue:
The Ministry of External Affairs said in its annual report on Monday that Indian soldiers responded well to every attempt by China.

India 's Foreign Ministry says that China 's relations with India are complex and the efforts made by China during April-May in 2020 to change the status quo on LAC have damaged the peace of the border area. The Ministry of External Affairs said this in its annual report. The Ministry of External Affairs said in a report on Monday that due to Chinese attempts to unilaterally change the status quo on the Line of Actual Control (LAC) in eastern Ladakh in April-May 2020, peace and tranquility in the border areas were seriously damaged.

It has also been said in the report that Indian soldiers gave a befitting reply to these efforts of China. The Annual Report 2022 of the Ministry of External Affairs said, both sides agreed that peace and tranquility in the border areas would have to be maintained for the overall development of bilateral relations till the final resolution of the boundary issues.

Both countries ready to resolve through dialogue

The Ministry of External Affairs has also said that both sides also agreed that all issues on the LAC should be resolved through peaceful negotiations. According to the report, talks are on with the Chinese side to completely withdraw from all points of conflict and to establish peace and tranquility on the India-China border soon.

According to the report, however, bilateral relations have been affected since then due to China's continued unilateral efforts to change the status quo. It states that both sides have made some progress towards resolving issues along the Line of Actual Control in eastern Ladakh. Steps were taken to disengage in Pangong Tso in February 2021 and in Gogra sector in August 2021, although some outstanding issues still remain and need to be resolved.

The ministry said that India has talked about maintaining contact with China through diplomatic and military channels to resolve the remaining issues so that peace and tranquility can be restored in the border areas soon. The Ministry of External Affairs has also said that both sides also agreed that all issues on the LAC should be resolved through peaceful negotiations.
