19-year-old girl kidnapped and raped 15-year-old boy - 10 years in jail

This case was registered in Banganga police station located under Indore district of Madhya Pradesh. On November 5, 2018, the mother of the abducted teenager reached the police station and gave a written complaint. In which he said that the woman's 15-year-old minor son had gone to the market to buy milk from home on the night of 3 November 2018. Even after waiting for a long time, when he did not return home, the woman searched nearby and among relatives.

Finally, the woman filed a case of kidnapping of her son in the police station. After registering the case, the police involved in the investigation came to know that the boy had not gone anywhere on his own, but had been kidnapped. The fact that the kidnapping was done by a 19-year-old girl was also coming to the fore in the investigation. After raiding, the police recovered the boy from a hotel in Gujarat. The boy told the police that he was abducted by a girl from Rajasthan. Whose age was 19 years.

After the kidnapping, the girl took the boy to Gujarat. There the girl got the boy employed in a factory. During the stay in the hotel in Gujarat, many times the girl made physical relations without the consent of the boy. The boy could not talk to his family members. For this, the girl forcibly took her mobile phone too. On Wednesday, the special Paxo court gave its verdict in this case.

But the culprit of conspiring to kidnap also managed to prove the girl to the police in front of the court. In the verdict, the court sentenced the girl to 10 years of rigorous imprisonment. Along with this, a fine of 3 thousand rupees was also imposed on him. On the other hand, the court has asked the District Legal Services Authority to pay Rs 50,000 as compensation (compensation) to the victim teenager.

After the court's decision, the mother of the victim's teenager and the complainant in the case said that she was making a living by making and selling bangles. The kidnapping of the minor son ruined his house. The woman expressed satisfaction over the court's decision. On the other hand, the Paxo court said, “The Paxo law is not made only for men. If a woman disobeys this act, then she can also be declared a criminal under the POCSO Act and punished.
