Ingredients for making ginger candy

- Ginger 4 to 5

- Ghee 1 to 2 teaspoon

- Black salt 1 teaspoon - Turmeric

Butter paper 2 to 3 sheets

Method of making ginger candy

- First of all wash and dry the ginger thoroughly.

Now keep it directly on the gas flame and burn it by turning it.

- When its upper surface becomes black after burning well, then keep them in a plate.

Cool them by keeping them in a plate and then peel them properly with the help of a spoon or knife.

Now cut them into small pieces with a knife and grind them by putting them in a mixer blender.

Now put a pan on the gas and put a spoonful of ghee in it. Now fry this ginger paste well in the pan.

When it gets roasted well, add 300 grams of jaggery after breaking it.

Keep stirring it with a spoon until all the jaggery melts.

When the jaggery melts completely, add black salt, turmeric and black pepper to it and cook.

Now, with the help of a spoon, pour this solution on the butter paper with a side of 1 inch and let it set .
