To make Jackfruit Korma, 350 grams jackfruit, 2 finely chopped fried onions, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 2 teaspoons oil or ghee, 1 teaspoon chili powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, ½ teaspoon coriander powder, ½ teaspoon Take rose water, ½ teaspoon turmeric powder, 2 teaspoon curd, 10 grams almonds, 3 cashew nuts, 1 piece cinnamon, 2 cardamom, 2 bay leaves and salt as per taste.

Recipe to make Jackfruit Korma

To make Jackfruit Korma, soak almonds and cashews in water. Now after 20 minutes remove the skin of almonds. Then add cashews and almonds to curd and make a paste. After this, heat ghee or oil in the cooker. Now mix cardamom, bay leaf and cinnamon in it and fry for 4-5 minutes. Then put jackfruit in it and stir. After some time add ginger garlic paste and cook for 3 minutes.

Now add coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder and salt to this mixture and mix. After 2 minutes mix curd, cashew and almond paste in it. When the masala starts leaving oil, add fried onions to it and leave it to cook for 5 minutes. Now put 2 cups of water in the cooker and cover it. Turn off the gas after 1-2 whistles.

Then after opening the cooker add rose water to it, mix and cook for some time. Your Jackfruit Korma is ready. Now garnish it with green coriander and serve it in front of the guests.
