Eat these things on an empty stomach

1. Egg Egg

2. Papaya

Papaya is a better super food. You can include papaya available in every season in your breakfast. By reducing your cholesterol, it prevents heart disease from growing.

3. Soaked Almonds

As soon as you wake up in the morning, first of all you should eat 4 soaked almonds on an empty stomach. Due to which we get many health benefits. Almonds rich in fiber, omega-3 and omega-6 acids should always be consumed empty stomach in the morning after soaking overnight. At the same time, keep in mind that after removing the peel of almonds, eat it.

4-Oats

If you want to eat low calorie and high nutrient food, then oatmeal is a great breakfast. This also helps in controlling weight.  

Never eat these things on an empty stomach

1. Tomato

There are many benefits of eating raw tomatoes, but eating raw tomatoes on an empty stomach can prove to be harmful. The acidic properties present in tomatoes react with the gastrointestinal acid present in the stomach to form a gel which causes problems like abdominal pain, cramps. Therefore, avoid consuming it on an empty stomach in the morning.

2-Curd (Curd)

Although curd is very beneficial for health, but it should not be eaten on an empty stomach. It contains lactic acid due to which eating curd early in the morning gives you very little health benefits.

3-Soda (Soda) 

High quantity carbonate acid is found in soda. When this thing mixes with the acid present in the stomach, it gives rise to problems like stomach pain. That's why you should avoid eating it in the morning.
