In fact, Sukesh Chandrasekhar has been implicated in a money laundering case of Rs 200 crore.

Nora's defamation case may be heard

A court in the national capital is likely to hear Nora Fatehi's criminal defamation complaint against actress Jacqueline Fernandez on March 25. Bollywood actress Nora Fatehi has filed a criminal defamation complaint against Jacqueline for unfairly dragging her name in the Rs 200 crore money laundering case involving thug Sukesh Chandrasekhar. Canadian citizen Fatehi has also named 15 media organizations as accused in his complaint.

Fatehi's lawyer said that the matter was to be heard today, but the judge was on leave due to judicial training, so the hearing had to be postponed. Fatehi has said in his complaint that 'besides a fast-moving career, he has an ancient reputation, which is clearly being threatened by his rivals'. He said that a defamatory statement was made by Fernandez with unwarranted and malicious intent and was broadcast by the media houses with an intention to defame him.
