The Delhi Police, which is struggling with the lack of evidence in the Shraddha murder case in Delhi, has not got any benefit even after the benzene test. The police had high hopes from this test. The police was assuming that the benzene test would at least reveal where the murder took place and where the body was cut into pieces. Chemical spray was done in the whole house for this test, but no clue was found anywhere. Finally, when the police started spraying in the kitchen, a small stain was found at the place where the cylinder was kept. The police have taken samples of this spot.

According to police sources, a lot of effort was made to collect evidence manually, when there was no benefit in this, the police used chemistry in the investigation of this incident and benzene test was done at the scene of the incident. For this, a special chemical was sprayed in the entire house. During this time no spots were found in any part of the house. At last the police reached the kitchen and sprayed it here, red colored spots emerged as soon as it was sprayed at the place where the gas cylinder was kept. After this the police got some hope and were sprayed again. But nothing has been found from any other place.

Chemical washed away all traces

According to police officials, the accused had washed the entire house several times with chemical after killing Shraddha. He even washed the bathroom and kitchen with chemicals. It is being told that the area near the cylinder was also washed, but due to lack of proper chemical spraying, some spots remained.

Murder happened on the bed itself

According to the police, during the investigation so far, it has become clear that Shraddha was murdered on the bed itself. Accused Aftab strangled Shraddha on the bed itself and after she died, dragged the dead body and threw it on the floor. He stayed in the same house with the dead body the whole night and bought a knife and freeze from the market the next day. After this, he cut the dead body into pieces in the bathroom for the next two days and then for the next two months, kept placing these pieces one by one. During this, he duly washed and wiped the dead body and kept it in the fridge.

Perfume and polythene were ordered online

According to the police officials associated with the investigation of the case, the accused had made concrete arrangements for the safety of the dead body till the location was set up. Despite this, within a week the smell started rising. In such a situation, he made online booking for polythene and perfume. After this, he wrapped thirty-five pieces of the dead body in eighteen polythene and then slowly taking them out of the polythene, he kept placing these pieces. According to the information, accused Aftab had also ordered a vacuum cleaner online. With its help, the accused tried to remove the blood stains from the house. According to the police, due to the cleaning with the vacuum cleaner, the police did not find any stains during the benzene test.
