Ingredients of Sheer Khurma

one liter milk

powdered sugar



2 tbsp ghee

4 tbsp khoya

cup roasted vermicelli



6 pitted dates

1 tsp rose water

Step – 1 Roast the dry fruits

First of all, heat ghee in a pan. Add cashews, almonds, pistachios and raisins to it. Fry them for few minutes.

Step – 2 Boil milk

Now heat milk in another pan. Let it come to a boil. Add roasted vermicelli to it. Mix it well. Let it cook on medium heat. Keep stirring it in between till the milk thickens.

Step – 3 Add other dry fruits

Now add sugar and khoya to the milk and mix it. Keep the flame on medium. Add roasted nuts to it. Add chopped dates and add rose water to it. Mix all these things. Let it cook for some time.

Step – 4 Now serve Sheer Khurma

After that turn off the gas. You can serve it both cold or hot.
