This time Navratri started from 26th September. Many people keep fast during this time. The nine forms of Goddess Durga are worshiped with rituals. This time Navratri will end on October 4. This day is celebrated as Navami. During this, food is offered to Goddess Durga. On this day people feed girls and then break the fast. During this, usually, puri, halwa and gram are offered to Goddess Durga. It is believed that these things are very much liked by Goddess Durga in the form of offerings. Let's find out how you can easily make these three things at home.

Semolina pudding

To make this pudding, you will need ghee, water, sugar, cardamom powder, dry fruits and semolina. First of all, put a pan on the gas for heating. Add semolina to it and fry it well. Fry it till it turns golden brown. After this boil water in a pan. Slowly pour this water into the semolina. Keep stirring it continuously so that there are no lumps in it. After this add sugar and cardamom powder to it. When the mixture becomes thick, garnish it with dry fruits.

Black gram

Take black gram as per the requirement. Soak these china overnight. The next day in the morning boil these chickpeas by adding salt. After boiling, filter their water. Now heat a pan on the gas. Put oil in it. Add cumin seeds to it. After that add boiled chickpeas to it. Fry these things well. After that serve them. Now these boiled chickpeas can also be made vegetable. For this filtered water can be used. This water will enhance the taste of the vegetable even more.

Complete

Take required flour in a big bowl. Add some salt and ghee to it. Knead a tight dough by mixing all these things. After this, make small balls from this flour mixture. Heat oil in a deep bottom pan. After this, make small roti-like puris from the dough balls. Put it one by one in the hot oil. After roasting from both the sides take them out. This is how it will become complete.
