Ingredients for making Sabudana Tikki
Sabudana – 250 grams
Potato – 3-4
Cashews – 5-6
Green Chillies – 4-5
Cumin Powder – 1 tsp Amchur
– 1 pinch
Green Coriander – 2 tbsp Oil – Rock salt
for frying – as per taste

Method of making Sabudana Tikki To make Sabudana Tikki
, first clean and wash the sabudana and keep it soaked in water for 2-3 hours. If you want, you can also soak the sabudana overnight. Now boil the potatoes and then peel them and mash them in a mixing bowl. After this, add soaked sabudana to it and mix it well.

Now add cumin powder, finely chopped green chilies, green coriander and rock salt as per taste to the potato-sago mixture and mix them all well. After this, put cashew pieces in the stuffing and mix. Take the prepared stuffing little by little and give it the shape of a tikki and keep it aside in a plate. Prepare Sabudana Tikki from all the stuffing.

Now put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, according to the capacity of the pan, add sabudana tikki to it and deep fry it. Fry the tikkis by turning them over and over until the tikkis become golden and crispy from both the sides. Similarly deep fry all the tikkis and take them out in a plate. Delicious Sabudana Tikki is ready for fruit meal. Serve it hot with curd or coriander-mint chutney.
