The name of this temple is Banshi Narayan / Vanshi Narayan Temple and it is present in the Urgam valley of Chamoli district of Uttarakhand. Doors open only on Rakshabandhan
It is said that the doors of this temple open only once in a year on Raksha Bandhan. As per the customs, women and girls here worship God before tying Rakhi to their brothers.
