2 tomatoes

2 medium boiled potatoes

2 cups makhana

1 tsp cumin powder

2 1/2 tsp lemon juice

2 tsp ghee

How to make Makhana Chaat

Step – 1 Fry the makhana in ghee

To make this chaat, heat ghee in a pan. Add makhana to it. Toss it well till they turn light brown in color.
