What does Ayurveda say about sex? In which season sex is necessary and in which season it is not? Know some shocking facts?

Our upbringing is done in such a way that we start believing strongly that sex is done only to increase the family.
In such a situation, this belief of Ayurveda surprises us that sex is not done only to have children. According to Ayurveda, sex nourishes and develops us, so we should keep having sex from time to time. However, according to Ayurveda, there are some basic rules for having sex. Here we will know that Ayurveda makes us aware of the esoteric meanings or rules of sex.

What is Ojas produced by the body?

Ayurveda tells us that our body is made up of a combination of 7 important and basic dhatus. One of them is Dhaturas. We call this essence or serum, which is actually the white form of blood. With this juice comes a liquid substance, which we call Sukra Dhatu. The process of making them takes about a month. Sukra Dhatu is actually a highly modified form of Rasa. The body has to work hard to make sexual fluid. From this fluid, another even thicker juice develops which is called Ojas. According to Ayurveda, Ojas plays an important role in creating new life.

When is sexual energy affected?

There is another element affecting our sexual energy, which is called 'apana vayu'. It is worth noting that out of the five types of air our body is made of, one of them is 'Apan Vayu', which is located in the lower parts of the body. Apna Vayu is such an important element of the body, which controls menstruation, fertility and orgasm. If the movement of 'Apan Vayu' is healthy then it keeps our roots intact.

Why are orgasms harmful?

Many claims are seen on the Internet in the context of orgasm, exaggerating their benefits. But according to Ayurveda, orgasm is not good for the human body in certain circumstances. The main reason for this is that Vata dosha arises in our body after sex, due to which we feel physically weak. Vata dosha damages the sukra dhatu, which takes more than a month to build up in the body, due to which the process of ojas slows down. Which actually gives us energy.

What is the right time to have sex according to Ayurveda?

Generally people like to enjoy sex more during the night. But according to Ayurveda, having sex at night is not appropriate. He tells the best time to have sex after sunrise in the morning and before 9 or 10 o'clock. Along with this, Ayurveda also advises that the best season for sex is winter or spring. Because the tendency of Vata dosha is more in summer season. Therefore, the frequency of sex and orgasm should be minimum in these days. Ayurveda explains that due to hot weather in summers, there is a lack of energy in the body and there is no extra juice left in our body for sexual pleasure.

In which season, how often and why should you have sex?

Physically strong people must have sex three to five times a week in spring and winter. By reducing sex activity in these seasons, the ojas juice produced in the body goes in vain. However, try to have sex only once in a week or two in the summer season.
