Rare fishing cat caught on camera in madhya pradesh panna tiger reserve, people were happy to see the viral photo

Due to the increasing interference of human beings in the forest, the existence of many creatures is under threat.
This is the reason that in the present era there are many such animals and birds, which are not even seen. In such a situation, these animals are considered endangered because their presence is no longer common. But some once such rare animals are seen with great difficulty, which is no less than good news for us.

According to a recent report, a rare "fishing cat" that eats fish from one of the endangered species has been spotted on camera for the first time in Madhya Pradesh's Panna Tiger Reserve. On Wednesday, a state government press release said that a fish-eating cat has been seen in the cameras installed in the tiger reserve. There were indications of the presence of fishing cats around the Ken River, which flows for about 55 km from the middle of the Panna Tiger Reserve, but the first evidence in the form of photos has been found recently.

In this press release issued by the government, it was said that biologists who have special interest in research and study on fishing cat can come here and study it. "Fishing Cat" with various wildlife is becoming the center of attraction for the tourists visiting this place. In fact, whenever such a rare animal is spotted, the faces of the forest officials rejoice.

In general, the species of fishing cat is becoming extinct. Therefore, according to Schedule-1 of the Indian Wildlife Protection Act 1972, fishing cat hunting is prohibited. The specialty of the fishing cat is that it makes fish its own food, whereas other animals of its species do not have this characteristic. That's why the presence of 'fishing cat' has special significance in the Tiger Reserve.
