Make puree and store it like this
You can store tomatoes in puree form. For this, take fresh tomatoes, separate their stalks and wash them with clean water. After this, dry their water after keeping it for five to seven minutes. If desired, wipe with a clean cloth. Then cut them into small pieces. Now put them in a pressure cooker, add a cup of water and boil them after giving 2-3 whistles. After this, when the pressure in the cooker ends, then take out these tomatoes in a vessel and let it cool down. After this, prepare its puree by blending it in a mixer. Now filter the puree and remove the remaining pulp from it. Then put this puree in a pan and cook for ten minutes and add a little salt and a spoonful of white vinegar to it. After this, let the puree cool down, then when it cools down well, fill it in an air tight container and keep it in the fridge. You can use this puree for twenty to twenty five days.
How to store tomatoes in the freezer
To keep tomatoes fresh for a long time, first, separate the stems of tomatoes and wash them with clean water. After this let the water of these tomatoes dry up. If you want, you can dry the water of tomatoes by wiping them with a clean dry cloth. Now take a zip lock bag and store the tomatoes in the freezer. Whenever needed, take the tomatoes out of the freezer and keep them at room temperature first. Then use them when they come to the normal temperature. With this, these tomatoes will remain fresh for fifteen to twenty days.
