Paneer Bread Roll Ingredients
- 8 pieces bread
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 2 tsp tomato sauce
- 3 tbsp ghee/oil
- 1/4 tsp dry mango powder
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- 2 tsp red chilli powder
- 4 tsp green chutney
- green coriander
- salt as per taste
How to make Paneer Bread Roll
- To make Paneer Bread Roll, first take a big bowl and grate cheese in it.
- Now add ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, tomato sauce, coriander leaves, garam masala, Kashmiri red chilli, salt and all the remaining spices and mix well.
- Keeping the prepared ingredients aside, take bread slices and cut off the edges of all the breads.
- Now roll out all the bread slices long and thin and pour green chutney on it and spread it well.
- Now take some cheese stuffing and stuff it in the bread and roll it.
