Garuda Purana: Due to these actions, a person has to become a woman in the next life.

Lord Krishna has said in the Gita that the soul is immortal and immortal. Just as a person changes his clothes, in the same way the soul changes its body by taking a new birth. This cycle continues till that soul gets liberation. In the Garuda Purana also, there is a mention of the soul taking birth again and again.

But in such a situation, many times a question comes in the mind that the soul has no gender, then how would it be determined at the time of birth that which soul will get the body of a man and which soul will get that of a woman? Apart from this, the soul which is presently in a male body, will it become a male in the next life also or can it get the body of a female also? The answers to all these questions are also found in the Garuda Purana. Let us tell you about it.

In two situations a man has to become a woman in the next life.

1. According to Garuda Purana, when the soul gets a new birth, whether the birth is of a man or a woman, the soul has to do its work by adapting to the behavior of that body. It is only by doing karma through the body that a soul can make the purpose of its birth meaningful as well as meaningless. By doing good deeds the soul can move towards the path of liberation and by doing bad deeds it can make its condition worse in future.

If a man behaves like a woman, brings in the habits of women in nature or wants to do the same thing that a woman should do, then the soul of such a man takes the body of a woman in the next life. Similarly, if a human being behaves like an animal, consumes the same things that animals consume, then such people definitely have to become an animal in the next life.

2. Apart from this, it has been told in the Garuda Purana that the thing towards which the person is attached at the last time of death, his next birth also depends on it. If a person dies remembering a woman in the last moment of death, then he has to become a woman in the next life. On the other hand, if he takes the name of God at the last moment, then he moves on the path of salvation. That is, the idea of ​​the last moment of death becomes the basis of his next birth. That is why it is said in the scriptures that one should always take the name of Rama while dying.
