NEET 2021 Date Announced: NEET 2021 exam for admission to medical college will be conducted on 12 September this year. For this, students will be able to apply by visiting ntaneet.nic.in from 5 pm on July 13. Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan made this announcement by tweeting on Monday.
Dharmendra Pradhan tweeted and said, 'NEET-UG 2021 will be conducted on September 12 across the country following the Kovid-19 rules. The application process will start from tomorrow at 5 pm through the NTA website.
He said, 'Masks will be provided to the examinees at the center to ensure compliance of Kovid-19 rules. There will be different timings for entry and exit, contactless registration, proper cleanliness, seating arrangement with social distancing etc. will be ensured.
The Education Minister also said that the number of cities where the examination will be conducted has been increased from 155 to 198 to ensure that social distancing is followed. This time the number of examination centers will also be increased as against 3862 centers of the previous examination.
