papaya or papaya leaves
You can consume papaya daily to increase the number of platelets. Also, if you want, you can grind papaya leaves and extract its juice and consume it. It helps in increasing platelets very fast. If you do not want to use raw leaves, then you can consume it after boiling the leaves and then extracting its juice.
pomegranate or pomegranate juice
Pomegranate can also be consumed to increase platelets counts. You can cut pomegranate and take out its grains and consume it. If you want, you can also consume it by extracting the juice of these grains. If you like to drink juice, then keep in mind that after extracting the juice, consume it within fifteen-twenty minutes. Otherwise it can harm the body instead of beneficial.
Pumpkin juice

If you want, you can consume it by adding a few drops of lemon juice for taste. If you are not getting wheat grass easily, then you can put wheat in a pot and grow its jowar at home.
