Does lack of sleep lead to death? Shocking revelation in study

Study Says Poor Sleep Habit Risk Of Death- Adequate sleep is the need of the human body. Doctors also advise a normal person to take 6 to 8 hours of sleep. Getting enough sleep keeps the body clock right and it affects our entire lifestyle in a big way. On the other hand, if there is no better sleep at night then it can become the cause of many physical and mental problems. According to a report published on CNN Health , people who are unable to sleep properly or get less sleep at night, the risk of developing a disease called dementia increases significantly. Apart from this, getting less sleep has an adverse effect on the body clock, due to which many such reasons arise which lead to early death.

In this regard, Rebecca Robinson, Medicine Instructor at Harvard Medical School, says that looking at the facts that have come out in the study, it seems that every night's sleep is very important for our life. By getting enough sleep, our neurological system works properly and the risk of premature death is also greatly reduced. The link between sleep deprivation and early death due to dementia around the world is indeed disturbing to experts.

In this regard, the World Sleep Society says that for 45 percent of the world's population, getting less sleep is really very dangerous for health. It was revealed in the report that 5 to 70 million American citizens are victims of diseases like sleep disorder, sleep apnea, insomnia and restless leg syndrome. The CDS has termed it a public health problem. The reason for this is that this problem of getting less sleep is also associated with sugar, stroke, cardiovascular diseases and dementia.

For this study, experts collected and examined the data of sleeping habits of many people between the years 2011 and 2018. It came to light that people who had complaints of insomnia were facing such problems almost every night. Let us tell you that this research published in the Journal of Sleep Research has been analyzed by the National Health and Aging Study.
