Dahi / Yoghurt Tips: Yogurt is very beneficial for health. There are many benefits to the body by eating it. Especially in the summer season, it acts as a panacea for the stomach. But do you know that curd should not be eaten with some things. Consuming them with curd causes damage to the body.

Highly beneficial yogurt
Yogurt contains probiotics. It is important for digestion. There is no shortage of water in the body by eating it. The stomach remains fine. Digestion is fine.

Do not eat these things even with curd

Consumption of fish with curd is considered taboo. This is also mentioned in Ayurveda.

Do not eat more oily things after consuming curd. They slow down digestion.

Citrus fruits should not be eaten with curd. Due to this the digestive system of the body gets spoiled.
