Mahashivratri 2021: Do not forget these things on Shivling

Monday is dedicated to Lord Shiva.
On this day, devotees wake up early in the morning and bathe in the temple and anoint water in the temple and offer prayers. At the same time some people keep fast. Lord Shiva is pleased at the earliest by reciting the worship of his devotees. On this day people take all measures to please Lord Shiva. This time Mahashivratri is on 11 March.

According to the scriptures, the person worships Lord Shiva with full statute on the day of Mahashivaratri to fulfill his wishes. According to the scriptures, Lord Shiva should be anointed with Ganga water and milk on the day of Mahashivaratri. By doing this, Bholenath becomes very happy. Along with this, awakening on this date should also recite the Shiv Puran. The person gets benefit from this.

Some things have to be kept in mind while praying to Bholanath. It is said that the sooner Bholenath is pleased with his devotees, the sooner they become angry with their devotees. Therefore, some special things should be kept in mind during the worship of Shiva Shankar.

Tulsi - Tulsi is not offered to Lord Shiva and Ganapati. This is because Lord Vishnu accepted Tulsi as his wife.

Til - Lord Shiva should not offer things made of til or sesame seeds. It is believed that the mole originated from the scum of Lord Vishnu. Therefore, things made of sesame should not be offered on Shivling.

Turmeric and Kumkum - Things made with turmeric should never be offered on Shivling. By doing this, the moon weakens. Because of which your mind does not feel in any work.

Coconut water - Coconut is offered to Bholanath but coconut water should not be offered. It is believed that there is a shortage of money in the house.

Boiled milk - Lord Shiva should not anoint boiled milk. All your wishes are fulfilled by anointing cold water and raw milk on Shivling.
