Reliance Jio has lodged a written complaint with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) against Vodafone-Idea and Airtel. Reliance Jio has alleged that Voda-Idea and Airtel are taking advantage of the farmers' movement in Punjab. In a letter to telecom secretary SK Gupta, Reliance Jio has leveled allegations against Voda-Idea and Airtel, saying they are violating TRAI rules.
Geo has alleged that Voda-Idea and Airtel are adopting unethical ways to attract customers to different parts of North India. Companies are resorting to false propaganda to take advantage of the aggression caused by the peasant movement. Geo says it objected to a letter dated September 28, but the two companies have been drinking too much of the rules and are spreading negative publicity.
Reliance Jio has alleged that the two rival companies are running a negative propaganda campaign against Reliance through their employees, agents and retailers. Which has damaged his image. Jio has also opposed attempts to port from Reliance Jio by misleading customers. Geo has also handed over photos and videos of the two companies misleading customers in some way.
