This exercise is called a tongue stretch. In this, by standing upright, keeping your head in front, try to open your mouth as large as possible. Now try to get the tongue out as much as possible. Stay in this position for 3 to 5 seconds. Do this exercise three times a day for 15 minutes.

6. Make Lion Face

In this also you have to open your mouth as much as possible. Open the mouth and let the breath out simultaneously. Simultaneously open the eyes as much as possible. Repeat this action 3 to 4 times.
