Corona test cost Rs 400 across the country, petition in Supreme Court

New Delhi:
Corona virus cases are increasing rapidly in the country once again. In the meanwhile, a petition has been filed in the Supreme Court for an equal price for investigation of the corona virus across the country. The Supreme Court has agreed to hear this petition.

The petition seeking to make the price of Corona's RT-PCR test uniform across the country states that the price of this test varies from Rs 800 to Rs 2800 in different states. Test labs are robbing people. This price should be kept up to 400 rupees only. This will benefit people and more corona investigation will also be done.

The apex court has issued notices to the central and state governments seeking a response in this regard. The petition filed by lawyer Ajay Aggarwal said that the price of RT-PCR investigation for Corona across the country varies. The cost of this investigation in the whole country should be Rs. 400. This will increase the corona test and benefit people.

The Supreme Court has listed the petition and it will be heard after two weeks. Explain that due to the deteriorating condition due to Corona in the central capital Delhi, the central government has come into action. The central government took another major initiative towards increasing corona testing.

Under this, Delhiites will be able to get RT-PCR test for free. For this, the Union Home Minister Amit Shah has recently inaugurated the mobile labs at the Indian Medical Council of Medical Research (ICMR) headquarters in New Delhi. Through this, Kovid-19 test can be done in Delhi through mobile vans.
