Neha Kakkar and Rohanpreet Singh have finally become one. Well known Bollywood singer Neha Kakkar has got married to Punjabi singer Rohanpreet. The couple got married in Delhi in the presence of the family. The first video of Neha and Rohanpreet's wedding on Saturday is going viral on social media. Neha and Rohanpreet have done a wonderful job in the presence of the family. The wedding video has gone viral on social media in which the couple is looking beautiful.
As can be seen in the video Neha and Rohanpreet's clothes are matching. Like Haldi, Mehndi and Sangeet Ceremony, the couple also wore matching clothes at the wedding. Rohanpreet is wearing a peach colored sherwani while Neha is wearing a peach colored lehenga. Neha is wearing a heavy necklace, earrings and tiko with a lehenga. Lalchudo is adorning his hands. Neha is looking absolutely beautiful in the look of the bride. Let it be known that Neha and Rohanpreet are married in a Sikh ceremony, which is called Anand Karaj. Anand Karj Vidhi is different from Hindu marriage.
What is Anand Karj?
Pleasure work means happy work. According to Sikh gurus, family life is very important, which is why marriage is considered an auspicious deed. At the wedding, the groom is seated in front of the Granth Sahib and sits to the left of the groom. Then God is prayed for and the bride and groom are blessed. The Sikh saint who is getting married then imparts to the couple the knowledge of marriage, its duties and responsibilities. Meanwhile the father puts one end of the turban on the bride's shoulder and gives the other end to the groom. The two then make four rounds around the Guru Granth Sahib, called 'Lavan', 'Lava' or 'Fera'.
Anand Karj has 4 rounds
In Hindu marriages it is customary to take 7 rounds while in Anand Karj 4 rounds i.e. salt is taken. In the first round, Satkarma is taught by name. The second lava shows the way to the true Guru, so that ego does not come between the couple. In the third lava, Guruvani is taught to be accompanied by sangat. In the fourth and final round, words are said to bring peace of mind and Guru.
Neha and Rohanpreet also got engaged the evening before the wedding. Whose video has surfaced. Rohanpreet was on her knees when Neha wore the ring. Apart from this the couple also danced a lot. Neha and Rohanpreet's music as well as engagement videos have gone viral on social media. This is probably the first Bollywood wedding in Corona's time that has been celebrated with such fanfare.
