New Delhi: MG Motor India is all set to launch its premium SUV MG Gloster in India. The company will launch the car in India in the second week of October. The company says that this car will be a good option for customers who want to buy a car priced between Rs 30 lakh and Rs 50 lakh. The company is currently preparing to launch a new car in India by next year. Companies making SUVs in India have been hit by the arrival of MG Motor cars in India.
The company may launch MG ZS petrol
MG Motor has not come up with any details about the name and feature of the new car but it is believed that this car may be MG ZS petrol version. The company had recently launched an electric version of the car in India. The possibility is being expressed that this new arrival car will have its imprint. However, no exact information has come to light so far.
MG will be cheaper than Hector New car
MG's new car was launched last year, it will be cheaper than MG Hector. The MG Hector is currently priced at Rs 12.83 lakh. The company may announce the features and price of its newly launched car.
An electric version of the MG ZS car has been launched
The company has already launched an electric version of the car in India. The ZS EV car has a 44.5 kWh battery pack. Once fully charged, the electric SUV car can travel up to 340 kilometers. This lithium-ion battery can be charged up to 80% in 40 minutes with a 50 kW DC charger, while charging with a standard 7.4 kW charger can take up to 7 hours. The company will also offer a 7.4 kW charger with this electric SUV. MG Motor's electric SUV car generates 131 bhp of power and 353 Nm of peak torque. The company claims that the ZS EV will reach a speed of 0-100 kmph in just 8 seconds.
