Yoga expert Sugandha Goyal has told some yogasanas that can cool our body in summer. You will not need to go out in the heat to do these yogasanas, you can easily do them at home.


It is also known as Tree Pose. You can easily do this asana at home. For this, you have to stand straight in a standing position and then take both hands above the head and tie your fingers together. Keep in mind to keep the hands straight, then after this raise the heel of the foot and stand on the toes. Stand in this position for 10 seconds and breathe, then exhale and come back to your position. You can do this asana for 10 to 20 seconds or according to your ability.

Butterfly Pose

To control the body temperature in summer, you can also do Titli Asana. It is also known as Butterfly Pose. It can prove beneficial for women. To do this, bend both the legs and join the toes together and pull the toes towards you. Now hold the feet with the hands and move both the knees up and down like a butterfly.


Doing Shavasana in summer can provide energy and mental peace to the body. There are many other benefits of doing this as well. You can easily do this at home. To do this, spread a yoga mat and lie down straight leaving your body completely loose and focus your attention on your breathing. You can do this a few minutes before sleeping.
