Bhedaghat Travel: If you are fond of travelling, then you must visit Bhedaghat. Bhedaghat is located 20 kms from Jabalpur in Madhya Pradesh. The ghat of Narmada river is also here. It is considered the identity of entire Jabalpur. This place will give you a new experience. After coming to Bhedaghat, you will not feel that you are in India. You will keep looking at the Marble Rocks and Dhuandhar Falls here.

Apart from this, there is also a temple of Chausath Yogini here. You can comfortably go boating here. There is a story behind the name of this place as Bhedaghat. Bheda means to clash. Due to the meeting of two rivers here, this place has been named Bhedaghat. It is said that there used to be an ashram of sage Bhrigu here.

Dhuandhar Falls

Sixty-four Yogini Temple

There is also the Chausath Yogini Temple in Bhedaghat. This is one of the most historic temples of Jabalpur. There are statues of 64 attendants of Maa Durga here. Lord Shiva is also seated among the statues of the goddess in this temple situated on a mountain above the Narmada river. Tourists coming here definitely visit this temple.

Balancing Rocks

Here you can see huge circular rocks of stone. These rocks were formed thousands of years ago due to volcanic eruption. Their balance is such that even if an earthquake or any disaster occurs, it does not affect them. That is why these rocks are called balancing rocks.
