Customers who are using Galaxy A51 5G, Galaxy A41 or Galaxy M01 will no longer be given any software support by the company in the future. This also means that now you will have to work with whatever operating system your phone is running on.

Samsung Galaxy A51 5G was launched in April 2020 with Android 10, after the launch, this phone kept getting updates and now this phone works on Android 13. Similarly, Samsung Galaxy A41 was brought to the customers in May 2020 with Android 10 operating system and due to getting updates to this phone after the launch, today this phone works on Android 12.

Galaxy M01 was launched in June 2020 and this phone was also brought with Android 10 but now this phone supports Android 12. Samsung had promised that these smartphones will continue to get software and security updates for four years, now as soon as the time is over, support for these supports has been discontinued. This means that now if customers want a phone with a new operating system, they will have to upgrade their phone.
