'Will come to Pakistan soon...' Virat Kohli made a big promise to fans across the border, video is going viral

Virat Kohli: Former captain of Team India and legendary batsman Virat Kohli is one of the best players in the history of cricket. There is no doubt that he is the most favorite cricketer in the world in the current tour. His fans are not only in India but all over the world including Pakistan. Meanwhile, a surprising video has surfaced on social media, in which Virat is seen promising one of his Pakistani fans to visit Pakistan soon. Let us give you complete information about this matter.

Virat Kohli made a big promise

Young Pakistani mountaineer Shahroz Kashif is a big fan of Indian player Virat Kohli. His dream was to meet Virat and talk to him. Kashif's dream came true in the year 2022, when he finally talked to Virat Kohli on video call.

Kashif himself shared the video of this incident on Instagram, in which Virat Kohli is saying that he hopes to go to Pakistan to play cricket soon. Here Kohli is believed to mean Champion Trophy 2025.

Video surfaced

While sharing the video, Shahroz Kashif has told that this conversation he had with Virat Kohli took place in 2022. He wrote in the caption,

“I was in Nepal in the year 2022, when an unknown person of Indian origin (I will not reveal the name so that he does not get into trouble due to political reasons) praised my work. He told that he has connections with the Indian cricket team. In such a situation, I jokingly expressed my desire to talk to Virat Kohli. I was surprised when he sent a message to Kohli on my behalf. I got a chance to talk to Kohli through video call.”

Kashif further wrote, “Being a Pakistani, I proudly consider Kohli as the greatest batsman of the present era.” It is worth noting that fans are claiming that the person who got Virat to talk to Shahroz Kashif is Team India's strength and conditioning coach Soham Desai. However, this cannot be confirmed.

Will Indian team go to Pakistan?

Let us tell you that due to poor political relations, bilateral series is not played between India and Pakistan. The last time Team India toured Pakistan was in 2008. At the same time, now the teams of both the countries face each other during ICC tournaments or Asia Cup. However, now Pakistan has to host the Champions Trophy next year. In such a situation, there is doubt about the Indian team going to Pakistan.
