Nutrition Vidhi Chawla has shared a video on Instagram in which she has told about 10 healthy snacks. He says that this will also provide nutrients to the body and can help in preventing overeating.

Healthy snack ideas for evening

1. Cucumber and Hummus

Hummus is made from boiled chickpeas. It is prepared by mixing boiled chickpeas, 2 garlic cloves, salt, mild spices and lemon juice and mashing it well. You can eat it with cucumber as an evening snack.

2. Pomegranate and yogurt

You can also eat pomegranate mixed with curd in the evening. This will fill the stomach and it can also prove beneficial for our gut health.

3. Wet dry fruits

Nuts can also be eaten as snacks. You can consume soaked almonds, walnuts and raisins. Just keep in mind not to consume it more than necessary.

4. Chole Salad

You can also make salad of soaked white chickpeas and eat it as a snack. For this, you can make a salad by adding onion, cucumber, tomato, lemon and chaat masala and consume it.

5. Strawberry and Yogurt Parfait

To make this, beat the curd until it becomes smooth. After this, cut small pieces of strawberry and add it. If you want, you can also add nuts in it.

6. Energy Ball

As a snack, you can prepare and eat energy balls made from chocolate, coconut, dry fruits and seeds at home. You will get energy along with taste from these chocolate balls.
