Mint chutney gives refreshing feel

Separate the mint leaves from the stalks, wash them and add black salt, common salt, green chillies, cumin seeds and grind them in a mixer. After this add lemon juice to the prepared chutney. If you wish, you can add raw curry or tamarind for sourness.

Make Tamarind Chutney

Eating tamarind is also beneficial in the summer season, because its nature is considered cool and it is helpful in preventing heatstroke. To make this chutney, first soak tamarind in water and then separate its pulp and filter it through a sieve. Now mix and grind jaggery, black salt, cumin, red chilli as per taste and add it to the tamarind pulp and cook till it thickens. Add a sprinkle of cumin and asafoetida in it. Your tamarind chutney is ready.
