Insulted on the set of the film, Chiranjeevi said: Now I will definitely prove myself as a superstar.

Who does not know South Superstar Chiranjeevi? He has a huge fan following from South to Bollywood. But do you know that Chiranjeevi, who has achieved a place in the industry with his acting and has created his own identity, was once insulted on the sets of a film. He had then decided that one day he would become a big superstar. Chiranjeevi recalls the early days of his career in conversation with Vijay Deverakonda.

Chiranjeevi shared a moment of his insult with Vijay Deverakonda and told how after that moment he had thought that one day he would become a big superstar. He said, “Apart from many junior actors, I was working with stars like Jagayya and Saradha. One day I was shouted at on the set and said 'Who do you think you are, a superstar?' I felt very insulted. It was not right how I was talked to like this.”

He further told that this was the day when he decided to become a superstar. He used this incident for himself. Chiranjeevi said that only he knows how much hard work he has done to reach here. Along with this he told how his cinematic journey started. Talking about this, Chiranjeevi remembered the accidental meeting. He said, “I had just gone with my friend Sudhakar, who wanted to refuse a role in Punadhirallu. Then I was asked if I wanted to do this. I was not sure because I was still studying at Madras Film Institute. “However, he convinced me.”

Faced the camera for the first time

Chiranjeevi told that this was the first time when he faced the camera. The Telugu superstar had never faced the camera before. Speaking on this he said, “That was the first time I stood in front of the camera with my new name in Rajahmundry. Before finishing that film, I got a chance to act in Pranam Kharu. Then Bapu chose me for Mana Voori Pandavulu and Balachander cast me.”

Chiranjeevi praised Vijay Deverakonda. He recalled the time when he saw Vijay for the first time during the promotions of Arjun Reddy. He said I liked your look very much.
