Former Twitter CEO Parag Agarwal, Gadde, former Twitter Chief Financial Officer Ned Segal and General Counsel Sean Edgett have filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California against the heads of Tesla and SpaceX and X Corp., the lawsuit said.
