Whereas there are 64 percent people between the age of 45 to 54 who want to switch jobs. This means that the youth are thinking more about changing their jobs this year than the elders.

Nearly three-fourth of the employees surveyed have given a very surprising reason for changing jobs. He said that due to rising expenses and low salaries, employees are forced to look for new jobs. In the survey also there are about 35% people who are looking for more money. There are 33% people who want to work in a company where there is balance between their personal and professional life. About 32% people said that they are confident in their abilities and think that they can get a better job with a good payout.
