  • a bowl of gram flour
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • curd half cup
  • Oil
  • Sugar
  • Water


To make Jalebi, first of all you have to add flour, gram flour, curd and baking soda in a vessel and mix it well. After that you have to add water to it and stir well. You have to add water until the lumps disappear and the batter remains slightly medium thin. After that you have to cover this batter and keep it covered till the yeast starts rising.

After that, when the yeast rises, mix the batter well. Now keep a pan for heating and add oil in it and heat it. After that fill the batter in a sauce bottle with a small nozzle. So that you can make a good shape of Jalebi. After the oil is hot, you have to make jalebi in it.

After that it has to be left till it turns brown. Then it has to be taken out. Now you have to prepare the syrup. You have to keep in mind that you have to make only one string of syrup. Fried jalebis have to be put in it and taken out after some time. Your Jalebi is ready. You can also serve it with milk.
