Before workout, you can drink black tea instead of milk tea. You must keep one thing in mind that do not use sugar in black tea. Black tea without sugar will keep you hydrated. And will keep you energetic during workout. You can also use lemon in black tea. 

chamomile tea 

Tea made from chamomile flowers is also very beneficial for your health. You will easily get dried chamomile flowers in the market. With which you can easily make tea at home.
