According to the website of IOCL, the price of 19 gas cylinders has become costlier by more than Rs 200 from today i.e. from October 1. Whereas no change has been seen in the price of domestic gas cylinder. However, no change has been seen in the price of domestic gas cylinder on IOCL's website. On August 30, the country's cabinet took a decision and gave a relief of Rs 200 to the consumers of the country. After the price reduction, people were hopeful that there would be relief in the price of gas cylinders, but this was not seen. Increase in the price of 19 kg gas cylinder

In fact, 19 kg gas cylinder comes under commercial gas cylinder. An increase of more than Rs 200 has been seen from IOCL. The highest prices have increased in the country's capital Delhi. Here the price has increased by Rs 209 to Rs 1731.50. This increase of Rs 203.5 has been seen in Kolkata and the price has reached Rs 1839.50. Whereas in Mumbai, after a cut of Rs 202, the price of gas cylinder has come down to Rs 1684. In Chennai, the price of 19 kg gas cylinder has increased by Rs 203 to Rs 1898.

No change in the price of domestic gas cylinder

On the other hand, there has been no change in the price of domestic gas cylinders in the metropolitan cities of the country.
