When fasting, eat these things early in the morning, neither the fast will be broken nor will you feel hungry for the whole day.


If you have a desire to observe fast but cannot tolerate hunger, then you should consume some things to satisfy your hunger on the day of fasting or before that. With this you will also get energy for the whole day.

On the day of fasting, you can eat some things in the morning which will keep you from feeling hungry throughout the day and you will also get energy for the whole day. Dry fruits will not make you feel hungry

If you observe waterless fast, then on the day of fasting, you should consume cucumber, coconut water and fruits in the morning. Due to this, the thirst of the whole day will not bother you much and your body will also remain hydrated.
