Because after the deadline is over, you may have to face trouble for getting these works done. Therefore, to avoid any kind of problems, it is important to know that when the deadline of which works is ending this month. So that you can get your work done on time.

Exchange of Rs 2,000 notes - September 30 is the last date to exchange or return Rs 2,000 notes to the bank. However, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has said that the notes can be used as legal tender even after that day.

Demat nomination- The Security and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has extended the deadline for all demat and trading account holders to make nominations or exit nominations till September 30, 2023. Investors can submit or withdraw their nominations through two-factor authentication login on the trading platform for stock brokers or depository participants. Important details like mobile number, e-mail ID and identification of the nominee have now been made optional.

Jio Financial – Jio Financial Services (JFSL), a separate entity demerged from Reliance Industries, which is now listed in the stock market, will be removed from all S&P BSE indices from today, September 1, 2023.

Free Aadhaar Update- The deadline to update Aadhaar for free is 14th September. However, this service is available for free only on myAadhaar portal. Whereas for updation at physical Aadhaar centres, a fee of Rs 50 is charged as before. If the holder does not update his Aadhaar by 14th September, then fees for updation will also be charged on myAadhaar portal from 15th September 2023.

Second installment of advance tax- The last date to pay the second installment of advance tax for the assessment year 2024-25 is 15th September. Advance tax is paid in four instalments. In this, it is mandatory to pay 15 percent of the total tax liability by 15 June and 45 percent by 15 September.

Changes in Axis Bank's Credit Card - Axis Bank has changed the terms and conditions of its famous Magnus Credit Card. According to Axis Bank's website, the new rules will come into effect from September 1. Under these rules, the bank has proposed to increase the annual fee from 10,000 + GST ​​to 12,500 + GST. Apart from this, the discontinuation of Tata CLiQ vouchers for new cardholders is also included in these changes.
