According to the Panchang, the Saptami Tithi of Shukla Paksha of Bhadrapada month will start from 02:14 pm on 21st September 2023 and will last till 01:35 pm on 22nd September. In such a situation, considering Udaya Tithi as the basis, the fast of Lalita Saptami or rather Santan Saptami will be observed on 22nd September only.
