A total of 91 lakh 97 thousand 045 units were sold during this period, whereas the total sales figure during the same period last year was 86 lakh 15 thousand 337 units, a year-on-year growth of 6.75 percent was seen.
Scooters and motorcycles will become cheaper
If the government approves FADA's request and GST on entry level two-wheelers is reduced from 28 percent to 18 percent, then the prices of scooters and bikes will come down, which can provide relief to the general public.
