Traditional Modak Recipe with Coconut and Rice

To make traditional modak, heat ghee and fry poppy seeds in it and prepare the stuffing by adding freshly grated coconut and jaggery to it and roasting it on low flame. To prepare the dough for modak, first pour water in a pan, add some ghee and salt as per taste and let it boil. After this, add rice flour and prepare the dough while stirring.
