Because his eye was very swollen and strange symptoms like bone pain, hair loss, itchy skin, lack of attention, sweating and anxiety also started appearing simultaneously.

Operation lasted for 10 hours 

After this he again met a doctor and got his MRI scan done. When the results of the MRI scan came out, she was stunned. The doctor told him that a tumor the size of a tennis ball was the cause of the swelling in his eye. Ciaran's operation went on for 10 hours when the matter of tumor came to the fore. Ciaran Morgan, a resident of Kingsbridge, Devon, said that "I told the doctor about my condition. Then he asked me what had happened to my eye. I was very sad to know about the tumor and started crying. Just thinking this I was wondering how would I tell this to both my kids."

The tumor was fatal

According to Ciaran, the doctors said that his tumor was complex. It was inside the eye and was not touching the optic nerve, which is why his eyesight is still intact. The tumor was from the top of Ciaran's head and below the eye, meaning it was extending into the skull. His tumor was so risky that the doctors made a 3D model of his skull, so that it could be understood how to remove the tumor without any risk.
