The special thing is that he is cultivating water chestnut by taking 10 bighas of land on rent. Due to this, he is earning Rs 15 lakh every year.

Progressive farmer Saheb has been cultivating water chestnut in his village for about two years. They say that they also cultivate wheat and gram in the Rabi season. They also earn good income from this. 55-year-old Saheb ji says that if farming is done with modern method, you can earn well in less cost. Just for this you will have to work a little hard. According to him, if there is repeated loss in the cultivation of one crop, then the farmer should immediately start cultivating another crop.
