Must drink water before doing yoga. Doing yoga even on an empty stomach is not good for health. Many times there is a problem of dehydration in the body by doing yoga on an empty stomach, as well as there is no energy due to which hands and legs become loose after doing yoga. 

Do not drink tea before yoga

Do not drink tea before doing yoga, because by drinking it there is a lack of water in the body and you start getting tired in the middle of yoga. You can drink tea after 15-20 minutes of doing yoga, you will not have this problem.

What to eat after yoga?

After yoga, nothing should be eaten or drunk for 30 minutes. Eat some nutritious food at least 1 hour after doing yoga. You can consume boiled eggs, curd, grains, vegetables, nuts etc. after doing yoga. Consuming foods rich in carbohydrates and proteins after yoga practice is considered beneficial. After doing yoga, you can consume fruit salad, eggs, green tea, banana and fruits containing vitamin C.

How long after doing yoga should we drink water?

You can drink water before doing yoga but avoid drinking water immediately after yoga. Drinking water after about 20-30 minutes of yoga practice is considered beneficial. Drinking water immediately after yoga can cause cramps in the body and stomach.
